A native of Roanoke, she had resided in this section for 18 years. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Sarah Schartzer Thompson, and wife of Charles Henry Gill. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. M.P. Bullard, of Greensboro, N.C., and Mrs. R.W. Borjes, of Norfolk; two sons, Glenn O. and Chalmer J. Gill, both of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs. D.E. Rosenbaum and Mrs. M.D. Harvey, of Roanoke; two brothers, D. P. Thompson, of Salem, and James Thompson, of Roanoke, and seven grandchildren. The body was removed to the Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
