GILLETT, LEOLA HARTT - At a local hospital Sunday, February 1, 1953, at 8:30 
p.m. LEOLA HARTT GILLETT, wife of Charles S. Gillett and daughter of the late 
Wesley and Alice Hartt, in the 47th year of her age. Services at the H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments 1501 Colonial Avenue, THIS (Tuesday) MORNING at 10 o'clock. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.

Mrs. Leola Hartt Gillett, 46, wife of Charles S. Gillett and daughter of the 
late Wesley and Mrs. Alice Hartt, died Sunday at 8:30 p.m. at a Norfolk 
hospital.
Mrs. Gillett was a native of Bangor, Maine and has been a resident of Norfolk 
for 12 years, residing at 320 Graydon Avenue.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Robert C. Gillett, of Norfolk.
Services will be held at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments today at 10 a.m. 
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Mrs. Leola Hartt Gillett — Funeral services for Mrs. Gillett, wife of Charles S. 
Gillett, who died Sunday at a Norfolk hospital, were conducted at the H. D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments yesterday at 10 a. m. by the Rev. Gabriel Maiorella, 
of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
