Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, January 22, 1998
Edith G. Gilliam of the 3800 block of Meadowbridge Lane died Jan 20, 1998.

A native of Norfolk, she was retired and a member of New Hope COGIC.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Gilliam; a daughter, Frances G. Giddens
of Virginia Beach; a sister, Mary Holloway of Chesapeake; a brother, Herbert
Griffin of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in New Hope COGIC by the Rev.
Herman Clark. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Graves Funeral Home is in
charge. Friends may join the family at the residence.
