Mrs. Josephine Carleo Giuseffi - Funeral services for Mrs. Giuseffi, wife of 
Antonio Giuseffi, who died Monday at the residence, 226 West Fifteenth street, 
were held at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with 
the Rev. Paul V. Heller officiating. During the service, Miss Mildred Meath sang, 
“Abide With Me," with J. Harvey Stevens as organist. A delegation from Cuore di 
Maria Gorizia Lodge No. 619 was in attendance. Interment was in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Felix Margiotta, Dan Margiotta, Frank 
Iantosca, S. Virgili, Frank Lograsso, Philip Riccio, Nick Dinofa and J. Pezzello. 
Active pallbearers were Frank and Anselmo Margiotta, Ernest Gargano, Jake 
Versprille, Frank Roman, Joseph Marzullo, Thomas Callahan and Vincent Carleo, Jr.
