Virginian-Pilot  August 21, 1949
Mrs. Mary Tabet Glass, 56, wife of George J. Glass and daughter of the late Frank 
and Mrs. Rosa Tabet, died at 12:35 A.M. yesterday at a local hospital. Mrs. Glass 
had been a resident of this section for a number of years, residing at 321 Cedar 
Lane, Landsdale, at the time of her death.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, George Glass, Jr., and a 
grandson, Calvin Glass, of Montgomery, W.Va., and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ellis 
Tabet, of Norfolk. Funeral Services will be conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments Monday at 11 A. M., by the Rev. Francis J. Blakely, pastor of St. 
Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
