In addition to his parents, Stanley was survived by five brothers and five sisters; Simcoe; Bernard; Jesse D; Reuben and Irving Glasser; Bertha Cohen; Sadye C Baer; Dena Gerson; Bessie Gross; and Shirlee Glazer. Stanley entered the US Army from the National Guard February 3, 1941 at Norfolk, Virginia - listing his height as 5'6" and weight as 150. He was killed during World War II while serving with the 111th Field Artillery. He had achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.
