Meanwhile, an autopsy was conducted yesterday at Norfolk General Hospital By Dr. L.J. Mortyca. There was no announcement of the findings. Miss Glennan's brother, William S. Glennan, told police he returned home at 10:15 p.m. after an absence of three weeks and found her dead on the living room floor, her head resting on a sofa. He called a physician and later notified police. Police said there were bruises on Miss Glennan's throat, right hand, chin and legs. She had been in ill health for several years. Surviving are two other brothers, Edward Keville and Michael Glennan. *********************************************************************** GLENNAN, ALMA AUGUSTINE - At the residence, No. 7477 North Shore Road, Friday, April 15, 1949, at 9:45 o'clock p.m., ALMA AUGUSTINE, daughter of the late Michael and Mary Elizabeth Keville Glennan, in the 62d year of her age. Remains will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 Colonial Avenue, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for services MONDAY MORNING at 10 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery. Conran Kane, C.P. The Rev. Edward W. Johnston and the Rev. B. J. McKenna were present in the sanctuary. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were Samuel T. Northern, Whit P. Tunstall, William B. Clark, George F. Kevill, Joseph G. Fiveash, John Carr, Charles Leonard and H. Walter Whichard.
