GODFREY, ETHEL SMITH — At the residence, 424 Pennsylvania Ave., Thursday night, 
March 17, 1955, at 9:45 o'clock, ETHEL SMITH GODFREY, wife of Ernest S. Godfrey 
and daughter of the late William A. and Mrs. Emma Whitehurst Smith, in the 78th 
year of her age. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral 
Home THIS (Saturday) AFTERNOON, March 19, 1955, at 3 o'clock. Friends of the 
family invited to attend. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
