The Virginian Pilot Tuesday July 8, 1958
NEWPORT NEWS - William F Goffigon, 64, son of the late Cumpston and Mrs. 
Mamie Butt Goffigon, died at a Newport News hospital Sunday. He is survived 
by a nephew, Page Nottingham Goffigon Jr.
Mr. Goffigon was a native of Norfolk, and was in the employ of the Veterans 
hospital, Kecoughtan. He was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home 
Wednesday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
