Virginian-Pilot May 14, 1969
NORFOLK - Mrs. Bessie Snow Goodson, 72, of 8575 Chesapeake Blvd, died in her 
home Tuesday.
She was the wife of John Robert Goodson and a daughter of W. T. and Mrs. Ruth 
Lee Snow.
A Norfolk native, she was a lifelong resident of this area.
Surviving, besides her husband, are a brother, B. R. Snow of Baltimore, and two 
grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Thursday at 11 
a.m. by the Rev. Marvin White of McKendree Methodist Church. Burial will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
