Norfolk Virginian Tuesday March 27, 1894

Mrs. Sarah E. Gordon, widow of the late Jesse Gordon, Esq., died at her home, 
No. 22 Hughes street, yesterday p.m. at 5:30 o'clock.  She leaves seven children 
to miss and mourn her.  Funeral will be preached from Park Avenue Baptist 
Church.  Time yet to be fixed.

The funeral services of Mrs. Sarah E. Gordon, whose death was noticed in these 
columns yesterday morning, will be preached today from Park Avenue Baptist 
Church at 10 o'clock.
