Virginian-Pilot March 29, 1954
Frank Wesley Gordon, 66, of 600 Beach Street, South Norfolk, a clerk at the Army 
Base, died yesterday at 10 a.m. at a Norfolk hospital after a short illness. A 
native of Norfolk, he was the son of Jackson B. and Mary Clark Gordon, and lived 
in South Norfolk 18 years. He was a member of Owens Lodge No. 164, A.F. and A.M.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Daisy Eccleston Gordon, and a sister, Mrs. W. B. 
Webb, of Richmond.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 3 p.m. at the Graham Funeral Home, South 
Norfolk. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
