Gordon — Funeral services for Mr. Gordon were conducted yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock at H. D. Oliver's funeral apartments, 610-612 East Freemason street. The Rev. R. J. Dogan, of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church, and the Rev. S. A. Donahoe, of Brambleton Avenue Methodist Church, officiating. Mrs. R. L. Gornto sang, "In the Hour of Trial" and "Go Bury Thy Sorrow." There were many beautiful floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of pink roses, white dahlias and fern. The attendance was large. Among those in attendance were delegations from the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen, the Eagles and the Moose. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, the pallbearers being: J. H. Jones. M. L. Mitchell, C. C. Roper, Sam Harris, H. M. Hubbard, Earl Wright, Lloyd Buchanan. J. E. Clubb, C. L. Sawyer, John Schomaker (sic) and Floyd Turner.
