Final rites for William Henry Gordon, Jr., will be conducted Sunday, March 22 at 
the New Calvary Baptist Church by the pastor, Elder Samuel Wilson.

He was a native of Princess Anne County, VA, and died March 16 at his residence, 
2804 Beachmont avenue.

The son of the late William Henry Gordon, Sr., and Mrs. Mamie B. Gordon, he is 
survived by his wife, Mrs. Bettie E. Gordon;  four sisters, Mrs. Mildred Jones 
of Norfolk, Mrs. Valarie Ann Simmons of New Jersey;  Mrs. Mary Hargrave of Lake 
Smith, VA;  Mrs. Bernice Coston of Philadelphia, PA;  four brothers, Willie 
Gordon, Arthur Gordon, Neal Gordon and Shelly Gordon, all of Lake Smith, VA.

The remains may be viewed at the Riddick Funeral Apartments Saturday, March 21 
from 12 noon until funeral time Sunday.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with 
Riddick Funeral Service in charge.
