NORFOLK — Miss Catherine Marie Gorman, daughter of Thomas and Mrs. Catherine 
Farren Gorman, died Sunday at 1 a.m. in a Norfolk hospital.
She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, residing at 918 Colonial Ave. at the time 
of her death. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Miss Gorman is survived by one niece, Mrs. Mary D. Bowden, of Richmond.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church for services Tuesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery. Rosary services will be conducted at the funeral apartments Monday 
evening at 7:30.
