Virginian-Pilot  March 15, 1935
William J. Gorman, aged 59, son of the late Thomas and Catherine Farren Gorman, 
died yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the residence, 532 Warren Crescent. Mr. 
Gorman was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. He was a member of Sacred 
Heart Catholic Church.
Surviving him are two sisters, the Misses Mary and Catherine Gorman; one brother, 
Edward J. Gorman; a niece, Miss Mary Gorman, and a nephew, Edward Gorman.
Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church tomorrow morning at 
10 o’clock. Internment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
