Pauline T. Gorski, 82, of the 3300 block of Burnt Mill Road died Oct. 29, 1997, in 
a local nursing home.

She was born in Portsmouth and was the widow of Charles J. Gorski. Mrs. Gorski was 
manager of Macke Co. at Norshipco and a member of Church of Sacred Heart.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Foster of Bohannon, Va.; two sons, Charles 
J. Gorski Jr. of Virginia Beach, Andrew J. Gorski of Johnson City, Tenn.; two 
brothers, Robert Zirnheld of Virginia Beach, John Zirnheld of Harrisonburg, Va.; 
three sisters, Victoria Smith of Virginia Beach, Margaret Sellers of Chesapeake, 
Theresa Spitzer of Norfolk; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, 
Norfolk Chapel, by Fr. Timothy Drake. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A 
prayer service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home, where visitation 
will follow from 2 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to 
St. Mary's Infant's Home.
