NORFOLK — Charles Joseph Gorski, 45, husband of Mrs. Pauline Zirnheld Gorski and 
son of the late Samuel and Mrs. Barbara Covets Gorski, died Wednesday at 10:40 
p.m. at the U.S. Naval Hospital, Portsmouth.
Mr. Gorski, retired Navy C.P.O., was a native of New York, N.Y., and had been a 
resident of Norfolk for 22 years, residing at 3524 South Warwick Circle at the 
time of his death.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Charles Foster Jr., and two 
sons, Charles Joseph Gorski Jr. and Andrew John Gorski, all of Norfolk, and two 
sisters, Mrs. Theresa Rizzi of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Mrs. Julia Thompson, of Santa 
Rosa, Calif.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church for services tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery. Rosary services will be conducted at the funeral apartments tonight at 
8:30.
