Norfolk - Final rites for Thomas Vester Gramberry of 1343 Lead street were held
Saturday in Hale Funeral Chapel and burial was in the family plot of Calvary
Cemetery.

Mr. Gramberry died May 10, in a hospital after a short illness.  A native of
Norfolk, he was the son of Mrs. Annie S. Covel and Joseph Gramberry Jr.  He was
employed by Globe Iron and Construction Company and was a member of First
Baptist Church, Bute street.

Besides his parents, surviving are two sisters,  Mrs. Elaine G. Urquhart of
Suffolk and Miss Vanetta Covel of Boston;  and grandparents, Joseph Gramberry
Sr. and Mrs. Annie Sanderlin of Norfolk.
