VIRGINIA GRAVES DIES IN BALTIMORE Widow of William A. Graves Passes Away At Ripe Old Age Mrs. Virginia Graves, widow of William A. Graves and a former resident of Norfolk, died in Baltimore, Md. at an early hour yesterday morning after a lingering illness at a ripe old age. She was for many years a resident of this city where she was well known and highly esteemed. Her husband, the William A. Graves, owned and conducted a large shipyard on Water Street, Norfolk. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Frederick Hardy, of Columbia, Tenn. and a son, William A. Graves, of Norfolk The body will arrive here Saturday evening and the interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. The service at the grave will be conducted by Rev. Thomas A. Smoot, D.D. of Epworth Church, of which she was a member.
