The Virginian Pilot Monday November 16, 1987
Horace S. Gray Jr., 83, of the 3700 block of Lafayette Blvd., died Nov. 14, 
1987, in a hospital.
Mr. Gray, a native of Norfolk, retired from the Norfolk Southern Railroad 
after 50 years service.  He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two brothers, Raymond E. Gray of Norfolk and Robert E. 
Gray of Virginia Beach, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral 
Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. George G. Colstop.  Burial will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
