Gray, an active worker in Mt. Olive Baptist Church who spent 66 of her 79 years in Norfolk, was given funeral rites at the church on Tuesday. The Rev. H. T. Myers officiated. Mrs. Gray was a native of Petersburg and was the widow of Charles Horace Gray. She was buried in Calvary Cemetery under direction of the King Funeral Home. Her survivors are three sons, Delmount R. Gray, Charles Withy Gray and Elmo Manning Gray of Norfolk; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Griffin of New York, and Mrs. Hope Weaver of Norfolk; and two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Nicholas of Struthers OH, and Mrs. Mary Ruffin Wright of Norfolk.
