NORFOLK - Mrs. Mamie A. Gray of 2332 Barre St., a native of Norfolk, died Tuesday.

She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church and a life member of the Women's
Baptist Missionary and Educational Association, Lindenwood Civic League and active
in political organizations.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Ann Jackson of Norfolk; three sons,
Waverly Johnson of Baltimore, and James Edwards Jr. and Thomas Johnson of Norfolk;
and three grandchildren.

A funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Mount Olive Baptist Church by the Rev.
Roland Tisdale. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
A Wake will be held in the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8.
