Gray died in a local hospital at 7:45 p.m. yesterday. She was 21 years of age and a native of New Jersey, but had lived here most of her life. She is survived by her husband, Emmett F. Gray; father, M. Conte; two sisters, Mrs. T.L. Drury, Jr. and Miss Frances Conte and one brother, M. Conte, Jr. The body was taken to the residence, at the corner of Broad Creek Road and Chesapeake Avenue, East Brambleton. The funeral arrangements will be announced later. ******************************************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. Mamie A. Gray, who died Monday evening, will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic church at 9 a.m. today. The body was taken from the hospital in which Mrs. Gray died to the residence in East Brambleton. Gray was held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 9 o'clock yesterday morning. The attendance was large. Rev. Father P.P. Brennan officiated. The floral offerings were numerous. Orphans of St. Mary's asylum sang at the service. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. The pallbearers were: Wallace Fletcher, O.R. Gray. R.A. Kidd, Joseph White, R.C. French and Joseph McIver.
