Norfolk Journal and Guide, May 26,1962
Mrs. Willie Henrietta Green, 68, of 826 Wide street, received final rites Sunday 
at First Calvary Baptist Church.

The Rev. C. E. Griffin officiated at the service.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery under direction of Morning Glory Funeral Home.

A native of Columbia, NC, Mrs. Green lived in Norfolk 36 years.  She was a 
retired employee of Norfolk Naval Air Station.  A member of First Calvary 
Baptist Church, she also was an usher there.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Mann of Manteo, NC, and Mrs. Eliza 
Brickhouse of Norfolk;  and a number of nieces and nephews.

(NOTE: name originally on obituary was Willie Mae Green, but death certificate 
has Willie Henrietta Green)
