Norfolk - Charlie Lee Green, 55, of 815 Marshall avenue, who died in a local 
hospital April 29, was given a funeral service Sunday at New Calvary Baptist 
Church.

The Rev. S. A. Wilson officiated at the service.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery 
with Morning Glory Funeral Home in charge.

A native of Waycross, GA, Mr. Green was the husband of Mrs. Annie Green.  He was 
employed by Hajoca Supply Company.

Survivors include two brothers, James Green of Jersey City and Thomas Green of 
Newport News;  and four sisters, Mrs. Susie Manning of Washington, Miss Louise 
Green of Richmond, Mrs. Romine Crawley of Emporia and Mrs. Lillie Mae Byrd of 
Portsmouth.
