Mr. Green was born in Martinez, Ga. He had retired from C&P Telephone Co. after 48 years. He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent, Ocean View Masonic Lodge 335 and Telephone Pioneers of America. He was the widower of Ruth T. Green. Survivors include two sons, James T. Green and William C. Green, both of Mechanicsville, Va.; and four grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
