Essie Parker Green of the 2500 block of Barre St., died June 23, 1995, in Norfolk.

Mrs. Green was born in Norfolk and was retired from the City of Norfolk. She was
a member of St. John AME Church.

Survivors include cousins, Clara S. Taylor of Washington, D.C., and Susanne
Green of Cambridge, Mass.; devoted friend, Corinne Pettaway; other cousins and
devoted neighbors and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Graves Funeral Home by the
Rev. I.W. Knight. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery .
