Dolphus Emmanuel Green, 76, of 920 Washington avenue, who died suddenly on
Monday, will receive final rites Saturday at 2 p.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church.

The Rev. J. J. Freeman will officiate at the service.  Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery under direction of Hale Funeral Home.

A native of Hanover County, Mr. Green was a member of Excelsior lodge of Masons
and Friendship lodge of Knights of Pythias.  He was a member of Jerusalem Church
and was a retired employee of Norfolk Naval Shipyard.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Priscilla Green;  a brother, and a sister.
