Virginian Pilot October 29, 1985

Shirley Greenspan, 75, of 204 Harvard St., a native of New York City and the 
widow of Daniel J. Greenspan, died Sunday in a hospital.
Mrs. Greenspan was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, the New Creation 
Community and the Third Order of St. Francis.
Survivors include seven daughters, Rose Lockyer, Lillian White, Eleanor 
Jodkiewicz and Corinne Rogers, all of Norfolk and Miriam Caleca, Laura Bassile 
and Marsha Ranieri, all of New York; 19 grandchildren; and eight great-
grandchildren.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Christ the 
King Catholic Church by the Revs. J. Michael Breslin and Clem Burns. Burial will 
be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today in Hollomon Brown Funeral 
Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. The family will be at 5953 Lockamy Lane.
