Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark April 19, 1920

John P. Gregory, of 140 Third Street, Riverside, son of the late W.F. and Martha 
V. Gregory, died yesterday morning at his residence. He was 52 years old and was 
well known in Norfolk. H is survived by his wife, one son, A.J. Gregory; three 
sisters, Mrs. Charles A. Russell, Mrs. Grace C. Cooke and Mrs. Lula A. Morrisett, 
all of Norfolk; three brothers, W.R. and E.C. Gregory, of Norfolk and F.M. 
Gregory, of North Carolina.
Mr. Gregory was a member of the Rathbone Lodge, No. 33, Knights of Pythias and had 
been a resident of Norfolk for the past twenty-seven months. Funeral services will 
be held at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock.
