Mrs. Gregory was a wife of only eight months and was a Miss Duling, of King and Queen County. She resided at Lambert's Point for some time before her marriage to Mr. Gregory, who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Gregory, of Byrd Place. Mrs. Gregory leaves three brothers residing in this state, Herbert Duling, of Linden Avenue, Portsmouth; Cris Duling, Heathsville, Va. and the Rev. Brook Duling, of Danville, Va. She had one sister, who lived with her, 13 year old Madeline. ***************************************************************************** GREGORY - Suddenly, at her residence, Fourteenth Street and DeBree Avenue, Friday, March 3d, 1905, at 9:30 o'clock p.m., Mrs. SARAH GARNETT GREGORY, wife of Mr. Ernest C. Gregory and daughter of the late James Duling, of King and Queen County. Funeral will be held from the residence at 4 o'clock MONDAY AFTERNOON. Friends and acquaintances are invited to attend. Virginian Pilot March 5, 1905 The funeral of the late Mrs. Sarah Garnett Gregory, whose sudden death occurred at the home of her husband, Ernest C. Gregory, Friday night, will be solemnized from the residence, Fourteenth Street and DeBree Avenue, Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. W.M. Vines, pastor of the Freemason Street Baptist Church, assisted by Rev. R.D. Smart, D.D., of Epworth Methodist Church.
