Norfolk Virginian Pilot Wednesday November 4, 1953
Mrs. Mary Virginia Brimmer Gregory, 80, widow of John C.W. Gregory, died at a 
Norfolk hospital yesterday at 10 a.m.  She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. 
Nellie Willis, of Norfolk; Mrs. Daniel W. Walkey, of Alexandria and Mrs. Elsie 
Swann, of Baltimore and several nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Gregory was a lifelong 
resident of Norfolk, residing at 8588 Margaret Avenue, and was a member of the old 
St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow at 
11 a.m.  Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
