Norfolk Virginian July 19, 1887
The funeral of the late Miss Susie Gregory, daughter of Mr. S. W. Gregory, of 
Brambleton, took place from the Brambleton Presbyterian Church at 3 o'clock Sunday 
afternoon and was largely attended. The services were conducted by Rev. E. B. 
McCleur, pastor of the church, at the conclusion of which the remains were 
conveyed to Cedar Grove Cemetery and placed in the family vault. The following 
gentlemen acted as pallbearers: Messrs. J. W. Barbour, Alfred Field, James E. 
Dunbar, George E. Bennett, John Dunbar, Willie Curdts, T. T. Bloxom and J. 
Wasserman.
