Norfolk Journal and Guide, Saturday, Nov. 29,1958
Funeral services for John Gregory, 38, will be held Sunday, Nov. 23 in the
chapel of Jones Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m.  Mr. Gregory died in a train accident
Nov. 15 in the Norfolk area.

He was born in Boydton, VA, but had lived in this area for over ten years.  He
was a veteran of World War II and was employed by the American Sheet Metal
Corporation.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Leatrice Gregory;  four uncles,
Robert Gregory of Norfolk, Edward Gregory, Suffolk, Willie Gregory, Boydton, and
Eddie Gregory, Beulahville, VA., and other relatives.

Jones’ Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
