Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, July 25, 1999 
Annie Malinda Gregory, 102, of the 500 block of Fernwood Farms Road, died July
22, 1999, at Chesapeake Health Care Center.

Born in Norfolk, she was a homemaker and member of Greater Metropolitan A.M.E.
Zion Church in Norfolk. She was also an active 48 1/2-year member of Mother Aion
A.M.E. Church, New York, and a member of the Silver Springs and Christian
Endeavors auxiliaries.

The widow of William W. Gregory, Mrs. Gregory is survived by six cousins, Ernest
and Lillian Riddick of Chesapeake, Columbus Riddick of New York, Sharon Steward
of St. Louis, Mo., Corliss Riddick of Baltimore, Md., and Ronald Riddick of
Portsmouth; two nieces, Alyce Hicks of Chesapeake and Cornelia Moore of Newport
News; and two nephews, Edward Hicks and Robert Gregory of Chesapeake.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday at Greater Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion
Church, 822 E. Brambleton Ave., Norfolk, by the Rev. Gerald B. Crawford. Burial
will be in Calvary Cemetery . Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
