Virginian-Pilot  December 29, 1928
Joseph Greico, aged 74 years, died yesterday afternoon, at 2:30 o’clock at a local 
hospital. He was a native of Italy, and had been a resident of Norfolk for 35 
years, residing at 1300 Brambleton avenue. Besides his wife, Mrs. Theresa Greico, 
he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jennie Papa; one son, Antonio Greico; 15 
grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Remains were removed to H. D. 
Oliver’s funeral apartments, 610-12 East Freemason street, pending funeral 
arrangements.
