NORFOLK - Mrs. Verna Hales Greiner, 74, of 8230 Andrews Lane, the widow of 
Clarence E. Greiner and a daughter of Oscar and Mrs. Mary Payton Hales, died in a 
hospital Friday.
A native of Frankfort, Ky., she lived here three years. She was a Catholic.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Agnes G. Hoke of Norfolk, Mrs. Doris Laberth 
of Tennessee, and Mrs. Juanita Sherman of Jeffersontown, Ky.; a son, Russell 
Greiner of Florida; and nine grandchildren.
The body was taken to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments.
