Virginian Pilot April 10, 1970

Mrs. Willie Hodnett Gresham of 7211 Granby St. died in Mary F. Ballentine Home 
Thursday.
She was the widow of William Seldon Gresham and a daughter of the late William 
Thomas and Mrs. Mary C. Taylor Hodnett.
A native of Martinsville, she lived here most of her life. She was a Methodist.
Surviving is a son, James N. Joyner of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Saturday at 4 
p.m. by the Rev. Douglas K. Wilson of Park Place United Methodist Church. Burial 
will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
The family requests that flowers be omitted. They will be at 135 E. Arden 
Circle.
