GRIDLEY, VIRGINIA LEE MAYES — At Cumberland, Md., Tuesday, June 3, 1952, at 1:50 
p.m., VIRGINIA LEE MAYES GRIDLEY, wife of John S. Gridley, and daughter of the 
late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Goodwyn Mayes, in the 84th year of her age. Services at 
the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, THIS 
(Thursday) AFTERNOON at 2 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. 
Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
