Norfolk Virginian Pilot Sunday December 18, 1949

Mrs. Jennie Isabelle Griffin, 56, wife of Clarence S. Griffin, died at the 
residence, 9401 Cape View Avenue yesterday at 7:30 a.m.
Besides her husband she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. C.A. Tynes, Mrs. 
G.E. Keefe and Mrs. W.S. Baker, and a brother, W.K.T. White, all of Norfolk.
Mrs. Griffin was the daughter of the late William T. and Fannie Heath White 
and was a lifelong resident of Norfolk. She was a member of the Fairmount 
Park Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home 
tomorrow at 3 p.m.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
