The funeral of Mrs. Mamie Griffin, 51, of 1455 Dungee St., who died in a local 
hospital Dec. 9 was held at Hale Chapel with Sister M. E. Bray, D.D., of 
Pentecostal Holiness Church officiating Dec. 12. Born in Oak City, NC, and 
lived here 20 years, was a widow, leaves her father and a daughter and a 
number of other relatives. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
