The Virginian Pilot Saturday August 17, 1991
Lillie Mae Griffin of the 3400 block of Mangrove Ave., died Aug. 13, 1991, 
in a hospital.
Mrs. Griffin was born in Norfolk.  She was of the Holiness faith.
Survivors include her husband, Albert Griffin; a daughter, Valleshia 
Barfield of Norfolk; two sisters, Pearl Severn of Norfolk and Mary Johnson; 
two brothers, Rufus Chandler and Aaron Chandler, both of Norfolk and four 
grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Magnolia 
Cemetery by the Rev. J.L. Kearney Sr.   Hale Funeral Home is handling 
arrangements.
