Virginian Pilot Friday August 5,1960
Norfolk - Miss Dollie Griffin, 65, of 3141 Pioneer Ave. died Thursday in a 
Norfolk hospital after a long illness.

She was a daughter of James and Mrs. Rosa Baskerville Griffin and was a native 
of Norfolk.

She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Shirley Allen and Miss Gertrude Griffin 
of Norfolk and Mrs. Goldina Franks of Baltimore, and two brothers, Henry Griffin 
of Norfolk and Thomas Griffin of Baltimore.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be conducted at 
First Baptist Church at Lamberts Point, of which she was a member, Monday at 1 
p.m. by the Rev. H. Hudson Bobbitt, pastor.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
