The Virginian-Pilot,Friday, April 3, 1981

NORFOLK - Mrs. Susie Griffin of 3256 Kimball Terrace, the wife of Daniel Griffin 
and a native of Norfolk, died Monday in her home.

She was a retired domestic employe and a Baptist.

Other survivors include two daughters, Ms. Barbara Griffin and Mrs. Vivian 
Morgan of Norfolk; a son, Daniel Griffin of Williamsburg; two sisters, Mrs. 
Vivian Connley of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Doris McGhee of Cleveland, Ohio; 
a brother, William E. Hinton of Portsmouth; 19 grandchildren; and two great-
grandchildren.

A funeral will be held today at 3 p.m. in Graves Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. 
J. L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be at her 
home.
