Norfolk - Mrs. Pearl H. Griffin of 2401 Tidewater Drive, the wife of George E. 
Griffin and a native of Elizabeth City, NC, died Thursday Oct. 21 in her home.

She was a member of St. James Baptist Church, Elizabeth City.

Other survivors include a daughter, Ms. Helen F. Johnson of Portsmouth; two 
sons, Eugene O. Griffin and Roland E. Johnson of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs Edna 
Winston of New York; a brother, Clemon Howard of Boston; 13 grandchildren; and 
three great-grandchildren.

Graves Funeral Home had charge.
