NORFOLK — Mrs. Aline McNair Griffith, 94, of 641 Redgate Ave., died in a 
hospital Sunday.
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Paul's 
Episcopal Church for funeral services Wednesday at noon, by the Rev. Walton W. 
Davis. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
The family will be at 1224 Westover Ave.
She lived in Washington and Norfolk most of her life.
She was the widow of William F. Roelofson Griffith, and a daughter of Henry and 
Mrs. Rebecca Herbert McNair.
She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur Walker Griffith of Schenectady, N.Y., and 
William F. R. Griffith Jr. of Tucson, Ariz., four grandchildren; and five great-
grandchildren.
