The funeral of Mrs. Fannie F. Griffith, widow of the late W.L. Griffith, who 
died Saturday night at the home of her son-in-law, Mr. T.J. East, No. 812 
Highland Avenue, Brambleton, in the 65th year of her age, took place this 
morning at th10:30 o’clock from said residence, and was conducted by Rev. W.R. 
Crowder of Denby’s Methodist Church, Norfolk County. The interment was in 
Elmwood, the following nephews of the deceased after as pall-bearers: Messrs. 
B.E. Simpson, B.R. Gornto, G.W. Gornton, J.R. Simpson and E.L. Simpson. There 
was a handsome floral display.
