Robert Joseph Grillo, 71, of the 3500 block of Dominion Ave., died Dec. 20, 1998, 
in a local hospital.
A native of Norfolk, Mr. Grillo graduated from Maury High School. He was a retired 
public accountant for Earle's Supermarket and was a Catholic.
Survivors include three sisters, Josephine Warren and Teresa Wilcox, both of 
Norfolk, Virginia Wise of West Columbia, S.C.; a sister-in-law, Esther Grillo of 
Norfolk; five nieces, Joan Hodges, Diana Gilbert, Eugenia Grillo, Suzanne Rhoten, 
Stephannie Hooker; and two nephews, Donald Williams and Thomas Warren.
A graveside service will be conducted at noon Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic 
Cemetery by the Rev. John J. Dorgan. The family will receive friends this evening 
from 7 to 8 p.m. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling 
arrangements.
