Gross, LeRoy W. Jr., 81, of Richmond, died Sunday, November 30, 2008. Surviving 
are his wife, Wanda; son, Robert Gross of Everett, Wash.; and a grandson, David 
Goodwin of Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Gross was born in Norfolk and was a 1945 graduate 
of Granby High School. He served with the U.S. Army from November 20, 1945, to 
September 21, 1948, and was a 1953 graduate of Georgia Tech. Funeral services will 
be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, at the Central Chapel of Bennett Funeral 
Home, 3215 Cutshaw Ave. Interment is private.
